Mintimer Shaimiev meets Askhat Nuskabay

On November 7, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev had a meeting with Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan Askhat Nuskabay.

The Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan opened in Kazan in 2012. Askhat Nuskabay has become its first Consul General. He has completed his work in the republic and will continue his diplomatic activities in Saint Petersburg.

Nuskabay thanked Shaimiev for his support and fruitful cooperation during five years.

In his turn, Shaimiev thanked the Consul General of Kazakhstan for consistent and effective work in Tatarstan and for his great personal contribution to the development of Russian-Kazakh relations, and wished him success in his further diplomatic activities.
