Implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses and other social facilities discussed in Tatarstan Government House

On March 24, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all regions of the republic, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Aleksey Frolov reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan in 2018.

Frolov reminded that 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square metres in 43 municipal regions of the republic will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2018.  It is planned to improve living facilities for more than 224,000 citizens of the republic. The total funding amounting to 6b 76m 348 thousand roubles is allocated to the capital repair programme in 2018.

As of March 22, as many as 14 municipal schools of 16 planned are being overhauled. In addition, the capital repair in nine of 12 special schools and in 68 of 85 pre-school institutions is under way. 

It is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps at the total cost of 112 mln roubles, to construct six children's recreation camps at the total cost of 40.5 mln roubles and to reconstruct one camp at the total cost of 40 mln roubles in 2018. As of March 22 of the current year, the major repair of 13 facilities of 14 recreation camps is under way.

The capital repair of recourse centres (colleges) is under way in the republic. As of March 22, as many as 13 of 14 facilities with the total funding amounting to 681,38 million roubles are being overhauled.

The overhaul in 42 cultural facilities of 39 facilities with the total funding amounting to 342m 975 thousand roubles is underway.

Frolov also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of youth clubs, Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities, social services institutions and buildings of youth centres of the republic is under way.

Under the capital repair programme 120 outpatient centres with the total funding amounting to 3b 195m 720 thousand roubles will be repaired in 2018.

It is scheduled to overhaul 63 machine and tractor fleets, 127 grain-cleaning complexes, grain storages and covered granaries, 227 cowsheds, 15 vegetable stores and to build 123 silage – hay trenches in the current year.

As part of implementation of priority project “Development of comfortable urban environment” two bln roubles are allocated from the regional budget and 655 mln 108,9 thousand roubles from the federal budget, as many as 60 public space facilities, in particular, 28 parks, 16 embankments and beaches, 7 streets, 5 garden squares, 3 avenues and one square are planned to be developed .
