Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities: As many as 1,042,500 square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On May 11, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilites of the republic Aleksey Frolov reported that since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 457 inspections and issued 136 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 4,682,000roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations. Self-regulatory organizations have carried out inspectionsat 670 member organizations. As part of two-month cleaning and environmental campaign, monitoring is carried out at construction sites.

Frolov continued that as of May 10, as many as 1,042,500 square meters of housing, which makes 43.4 per cent of the plan for the current year and 123 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 81 houses for 2,615 apartments with the area of 142,300 square meters under the social mortgage programme.

He also reported that under the programme of rental housing, it is planned to commission 182 houses for 545 apartments with the total area of 28,700 square meters, including three houses for 365 apartments in the city of Innopolis and individual houses in 12 municipalities.

As part of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, it is planned to provide 297 orphans with housing.

As many as 120 houses are planned to be built under the multi-apartment houses investment programme, 52 of them have been commissioned.

As many as 3,400 of 8,370 planned houses of low-rise construction (including individual housing construction) have been put into operation in the republic.
