Capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses implemented in Tatarstan

On April 13, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that 936 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.6 million square metres in 42 municipal regions of the republic will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2019.

Faizullin also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of Executives Committees (Councils) of municipalities. It is planned to overhaul 31 buildings of Committees with the total funding amounting to 49m 345,82 thousand roubles. As of April 11, as many as 14 buildings of 31 planned are being overhauled.

Under the capital repair programme 26 youth clubs with the total funding amounting to 100 million roubles will be repaired in 2019. As of April 11, as many as 25 clubs of 26 planned are being overhauled.

As of April 12, the works on capital repair at 19 facilities of the State Veterinary Service of the republic have been organized and three facilities of 22 planned have been overhauled.

Capital repair of healthcare facilities and provision of medical equipment and furniture is being implemented in the republic with the total funding amounting to 70 m 924,23 thousand roubles. As many as 9 facilities are planned to be overhauled.

The Minister also reported on the work of regional operators on collection and waste disposal and handling of municipal solid waste. Each organization is responsible for its service area or area of operation.

Minnikhanov proposed to hold a separate video conference with municipal regions to explain the details of working with regional operators for waste collection.

Faizullin asked the heads of municipal regions to provide more detailed report on the further implementation of public space projects on the programme “Formation of the Modern Urban Environment”.
