On November 2, at the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin together with Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov visited an agricultural fair.
This year, the agricultural trade started on September 14 and will last until December 28 in Tatarstan. A total of 15 trading sites were organized in Kazan, and two sites were arranged in Naberezhnye Chelny and Zelenodolsk region.
The Prime Minister of the republic looked around the trading stalls, got acquainted with the assortment of products and talked to sellers. At the Kazan Agro-Industrial Park, trade fairs are organized by the agricultural producers from Alekseevsky, Saby, Nurlaty, Aksubaevo, Arsk and Kukmor regions of the republic, as well as by several regional investors and farmers.
The Minister of Agriculture of Tatarstan said that following the results of last year, the regional fairs offered products worth 1.3 billion roubles. In 2019, taking into account the spring fairs, products amounted to 737 million roubles were delivered to the fairs. By the end of the year, it is planned to organize nine more fairs.
