On September 10, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent his greetings to Kazan Federal University on the occasion of 189th birthday of the great Russian writer Leo Tolstoy, one of the most famous students of the university.

On September 9, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was handed in a memorial badge of the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces.

On September 9, speaking at a regional video-conference with participation of all municipalities of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Agriculture of the republic Marat Akhmetov reported that 78 per cent of grain crops have been harvested in Tatarstan, with 1.2 million hectares of the area threshed.
