Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visits Aktanysh region

On July 11, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, who came to Aktanysh region with a working visit, took part in solemn opening of kindergarten “Umyrzaya” for 140 places.
There are methodics room, psychological release room, life safety class, medical unit, sports and music halls in the kindergarten. All playgrounds and walking areas are equipped in accordance with age groups.
Ildar Khalikov and Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov took part in regional campaign “Help to get ready for school”, where school bags were given to future first-form pupils.
Ildar Khalikov also visited all-purpose sports hall “Aktanysh” and private kindergarten “Borlegen” that opened in 2013. It occupies the area of 183 m² and is meant for two groups of children aged up to 3 years. The building meets all sanitary and fire safety regulations and standards, and is licensed for carrying out educational activity.
By and large, 42 preschool educational organizations are working in Aktanysh region in 2013-2014.
The Prime Minister also visited children’s recreation camp “Bulyak”, where interregional national-cultural shift is being held. The event is organized by the Ministry of Education and Science and State Autonomous Educational Institution “Humanitarian gymnasium and boarding school for talented children”.
Ildar Khalikov was told that 200 winners of subject Olympiads, intellectual contests and festivals, participants of research conferences, forums and public projects of 7-11 forms from Tatarstan and 15 Russian regions will take part in the event.
Ildar Khalikov looked around the camp territory and spoke to children in Tatar language.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
