Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys from new official cars to Tatarstan veterinarians

On December 25, at the square near the Palace of Agriculture, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys from new operational cars to Tatarstan veterinarians.

“Veterinary service fulfills very important tasks. It is as important for us as the Ministry of Health,” he said.

Minnikhanov noted that the quality of products and the food culture depends on the situation in livestock sector, and veterinary services fulfill very important functions in the prevention and treatment of animals’ diseases.

“The republic is finishing this year with good results, including agricultural industry. The volume of production increased by 5.2 per cent,” Minnikhanov concluded.
