Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical University and AMTES GmbH sign cooperation agreement

On March 7, during a working visit of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to Leipzig (Federal Republic of Germany), a cooperation agreement was signed between Tupolev Kazan National Research Technical Universtity and AMTES GmbH.

AMTES GmbH (Volga-Dnepr) performs maintenance and repair of aviation Western and Russia-made equipment. The company's repair shop is located at the Leipzig-Halle Airport, where Minnikhanov arrived.

Managing Director at AMTES GmbH ldar Ilyasov conducted an excursion around the enterprise for Minnikhanov and members of the Tatarstan delegation.

The guests visited the workshop for repair of wheels and brakes, looked around cockpits of An-124-100 aircraft and a cabin of An-124-100 cargo aircraft.

Then, Ilyasov made a brief presentation of AMTES GmbH and Leipzig / Halle Airport. In particular, he proposed various options for cooperation with the Kazan international airport.

Minnikhanov has been given an errand to establish a working group to look into the possibilities, including maintenance of cargo aircrafts at the Kazan airport.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and confined to the International Day of Historical Monuments and Sites held in the Government House of the republic, the Aid to the Rais of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova informed that in 2024 the Rebus Forum will be held on 14-15 November. She reminded that in the current year the forum will be named “Aglomerations: Experience, Opportunities. Challenges” and will be held with participation of China “as it will take place during the ROSTCI Forum.”

“Zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum held in Innopolis

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov together with speakers and experts, investors, representatives of start-ups and venture funds, large corporations and development institutes took part in events of the “zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum dedicated to the topic of “Technological Entrepreneurship: the space of highest skills.

The VOIN (Warrior) Center and Tatarstan Government sign a cooperation agreement

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin on behalf of the Government of the republic and the Director of the VOIN Center Igor Kazarezov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Government of the republic and the Center, which envisages interaction in issues of patriotic upbringing and military and sports training of youngsters.

As many as 100 cultural heritage sites will be examined and taken under state protection in Tatarstan

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the Regional Committee on protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin informed that in 2024 the Committee initiated historical and cultural expertise of nearly 100 sites and 20 archeological monuments to take them under state protection.
