Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates volleyball club “Zenit-Kazan” on the victory in Russian championship

On May 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated volleyball club “Zenit-Kazan” on the victory in the Russian championship. The president sent a telegram with greetings to the President of Volleyball Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Chairman of Dinamo sports society Asgat Safarov, President of volleyball club “Zenit-Kazan” Rafkat Kantyukov and chief coach of the team Vladimir Alekno.

“Dear Rafkat Abdulkhaevich, Farid Khairullovich, Asgat Akhmetovich, and Vladimir Romanovich! Dear sportsmen!

I am joining all volleyball fans in Russia and Tatarstan on the occasion of your outstanding victory in the final of the Russian championship. The strongest team in Europe has become the best in their country. The ninefold champions impressed the sports society again by setting a special record and winning all matches in this championship.

I express my gratitude to talented sportsmen, professional coaches and everyone who supported Kazan volleyball players for their perfect work. I wish you happiness, health, good luck and new outstanding victories and records.

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the preservation of cultural heritage sites and confined to the International Day of Historical Monuments and Sites held in the Government House of the republic, the Aid to the Rais of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova informed that in 2024 the Rebus Forum will be held on 14-15 November. She reminded that in the current year the forum will be named “Aglomerations: Experience, Opportunities. Challenges” and will be held with participation of China “as it will take place during the ROSTCI Forum.”

“Zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum held in Innopolis

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov together with speakers and experts, investors, representatives of start-ups and venture funds, large corporations and development institutes took part in events of the “zero” day of the Russian Venture Forum dedicated to the topic of “Technological Entrepreneurship: the space of highest skills.

The VOIN (Warrior) Center and Tatarstan Government sign a cooperation agreement

On 24 April Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin on behalf of the Government of the republic and the Director of the VOIN Center Igor Kazarezov signed an agreement on cooperation between the Government of the republic and the Center, which envisages interaction in issues of patriotic upbringing and military and sports training of youngsters.

As many as 100 cultural heritage sites will be examined and taken under state protection in Tatarstan

On 24 April, speaking at a briefing in the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the Regional Committee on protection of Cultural Heritage Sites Ivan Guschin informed that in 2024 the Committee initiated historical and cultural expertise of nearly 100 sites and 20 archeological monuments to take them under state protection.
