Major repair started in 832 of 996 of houses in Tatarstan
On May 22, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and utilities Irek Faizullin said that the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 1,715 inspections at houses under major repair in 43 municipalities, and revealed 21 facts of safety violations.
The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Prime Minister of the republic Alexey Pesoshin took part in the event.
Pesoshin informed that major repair started in 832 of 996 of houses. The programme has been fulfilled by 31 per cent. All works are to be completed by September 10 this year.
Major repair of 75 outpatient institutions in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetievsk is planned for 2017.
