Rustam Minnikhanov holds session of interdepartmental commission on town planning activity in historical settlements

On July 4, a number of projects were approved at a session of interdepartmental commission on town planning activity in historical settlements at Tatarstan Government House. The projects were presented by chief architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofieva.

The first project was the reconstruction of a house in Mushtari street, the second – the project of individual two-storey house in Bryusov street.

The project of construction of 6-storey building in Sara Sadykova street, houses in Stolbova and Spartakovskaya streets were also approved by the commission.

The reconstruction of an administrative building in Peterburgskaya street using original project, construction of spiritual center at Saint Barbara church and reconstruction of auxiliary rooms for sports equipment of “Solntse” (”Sun”) school in Kavi Nadzhmi street were approved at the session.

Members of the commission approved the construction of sewerage pump station in Kirov district of Kazan and construction of a shopping mall at the territory of Art City housing estate.
