Fitness for military service made 75,5 % in Tatarstan

On August 1, at a briefing at Tatarstan Government House, military commissar of Tatarstan Sergey Pogodin informed that by results of the spring conscription campaign, the fitness for military service made 75,5 % in the republic.
He noted that during the spring campaign 2017 the conscription commission called up 19,000 conscripts, 99,8 per cent of them attended the commission.
Pogodin also said that seamen from Tatarstan took part in the parade of the Russian naval fleet in St. Petersburg on July 30.

On 17 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in an ad-hoc meeting of the Pestretsy municipality Council of the republic, where he introduced the new Acting Head of the Executive Committee of the region Rais Suleymanov who replaced the Head of the Committee Vadim Nikitin who submitted an application about early termination of his appointment.
