As of December 22, 2017, as many as 2,269,100 square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On December 22, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that as of December 22, 2017, as many as 2,269,100 square meters of housing, which makes 94.5 per cent of the plan for 2017 and 100 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

According to Faizullin, since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 1,936 inspections and issued 500 decisions for the sum of 14,810,000 roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations. Self-regulatory organizations have carried out 1,517 inspections at member organizations.

He continued that 178 houses for 8,358 apartments with an area of 465,200 square meters have been put into operation under the social mortgage programme.

It was planned to build 17 houses for 387 apartments with the total area of 22,600 square metres under the programme of rental housing in 2017. As many as 16 houses for 363 apartments with the area of 21,700 square metres have been put into operation.

As part of the implementation of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, the process of purchasing 305 residential accommodations in the republic's ownership is underway. As of December 22, 2017, the republic have bought 305 apartments and provided orphans with housing under residential lease agreements.

As part of implementation of multi-apartment houses investment programme 19 houses have been completed.

The programme of individual construction for 2017 has been fully implemented.

As of December 22, the capital repair of 47 of 74 outpatient centres and polyclinics planned to be repaired in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk in 2017, is underway, while works at 27 facilities have been completed.
