Minister of Construction of the republic: As of January 19, as many as 183,700 square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan

On January 20, speaking at a traditional video-conference with participation of all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that as of January 19 as many as 183,700 square meters of housing have been commissioned in Tatarstan, which makes 102 per cent as compared to the same period last year.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the meeting.

To date, Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 13 houses for 704 apartments with the total area of ​​39,300 square meters under the social mortgage programme.

As part of the rental housing programme, it is planned to build a second stage of rental housing in Innopolis, including six houses for 730 apartments with the area of ​​33.9 thousand square meters in 2018.

Activities to improve the living conditions of veterans of the Great Patriotic War are underway. Currently, seven houses for 18 veterans are under construction.

It is planned to rent 120 houses under the programme of multi-apartment investment housing. To date, six of them have already been commissioned.

As for low-rise construction (including individual housing construction), 1,068 of 8,370 houses have been put into operation.

As noted at the meeting, this year it is planned to build 28 rural clubs, 10 buildings of the executive committees of settlements, 97 universal sports grounds, 16 block modular ski centers, 44 medical and obstetric centres, and 11 outpatient clinics.
