Rustam Minikhanov and Sergei Kudryashov discussed prospects of further implementing «TANECO» project

Today RT President of Rustam Minnikanov and RF Vice minister of energy Sergei Kudryashov visited and got acquainted with the Complex of oil chemical and oil refining plants of JSC «TANECO».

Sergei Kudryashov at the industrial platform of the Complex accompanied by vice RT Premier –minister of energy Ilshat Fardiev, general director JSC «Tatneft» Shafagat Takhautdinov, general director JSC «TANECO» Hamza Bagmanov viewed the objects of oil processing plant and transport infrastructure of the Complex.

Then, an expanded session took place during which the prospects of further implementing of strategic project of “Tatneft”, the Complex “TANECO” and number of other problems were discussed.

The report on startup works, parameters on volume and quality of oil processing output was delivered by general director of JSC “TANECO” Hamza Bagmanov. He informed the audience that by present time 2,08 mln.t oil has been processed.

All produced output corresponds to state standards. By now, a vacuum bloc ELOU-AVT -7, a torch system of acid gases, a bloc of condensate clearing chemical water facility, an installation of deaerating, a commodity park of vacuum gasoil, the unit of missing and cooling of boiler fuel on installation of viscosity breaking working on tar from ELОUУ-АVТ-7. commissioned to technological operation mode

Start up works on tar visbreaking installation are under way. The plan of measures on preparing and launching production for obtaining elementary sulfur.

On configuration and planned terms of setting in operation of the further stages of TANECO complex reported first vice director general Tatneft, chief of URNN Nail Maganov.

The reports were made also by Tatneft chief engineer Nail Ibragimov and chief geologist Rais Khisamov.

In a conversation with journalists taken place after the meeting Sergei Kudryashov highly estimated a value of the Complex «TANECO» for the economy of Russia.

He also marked a tremendous work of all who participated in implementing the project. By opinion of Sergei Kudryashov, oil gas sector of Tatarstan enters 2012 year with good prospects and reasoned expectations.

Rustam Minnikhanov also marked a serious role of the “TANECO” Complex in further progressing of the republic.

In conformity with tasks fixed by RF Chairman of government V. Putin on doubling domestic gross product, Tatarstan must bring grass regional product by the end of 2015 to two trillion rubles, he said, without such high technological and scale project like «TANECO», to fulfill this task is impossible.

«Start of the first turn of «TANECO» – this is the main step on the way to deepness of oil conversion to 97%,» - RT President emphasized. He also highly assessed the activity of «Tatneft» company within the development of all branches of the national economy of the republic.
