VII Kazan venture fair is to be held on April, 25, 2012, the Director of RT Investment Venture Fund Ainur Aideldinov informed at a briefing in the House of RT Government.
The main missions of the fair are development and presentation of activity of objects of RT innovative infrastructure in the sphere of attraction of venture investments in high-tech small and medium-size companies, ensuring favourable conditions for activity of Russian and international investors, business angels and entrepreneurs in Russia and Tatarstan Republic, promotion of investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan, development of information space in the sphere of venture investment in Russia.
Association of innovative regions of Russia will deploy their investment site in the context of the event to organize the work with development institutes and major investors, round tables, colloquiums and expert meetings.
Moreover, the European association for early stage business angels (venture investors) will hold a project session within the confines of Kazan venture fair.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
