Ildar Khalikov meets with Azerbaijan Prime Minister

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov met with Azerbaijan colleague Artur Rasi-Zade in Baku during his working visit to Azerbaijan Republic.
The Azerbaijan party was also presented by several ministers. Head of the ministry of emergency situations Rafis Khabibullin, deputy of RF State Duma Irek Boguslavsky, Chairman of “Ak Bars Bank” Board Robert Musin, first vice minister of industry and trade Igor Nosov took part in the event on the part of Tatarstan.
Artur Rasi-Zade welcomed members of the Tatarstan delegation and was hopeful that the visit would favour development of relations between Azerbaijan and Tatarstan.
Ildar Khalikov in turn marked that it is a return visit of the Tatarstan delegation after the visit of Azerbaijan emergency minister to RT. According to RT Premier, the visit of Azerbaijan party gave impetus to development of relations and Tatarstan would try to keep it up.
Economic potential of Azerbaijan was presented to the Tatarstan delegation at the meeting.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
