Governor of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Yugra Natalia Komarova visits Kazan IT-park

The delegation of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area – Yugra led by the governor Natalia Komarova has visited high technology technopark IT-park in Kazan. Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov accompanied the guests.
To the point, delegation of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area– Yugra is in Kazan on a short-term one-day visit.
Guests learnt about preparation for holding summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan, visited Universiade Village.
While visiting IT-park guests were told about resident companies and prospects of IT-sector development in republic.
There are now 64 residents, 1500 employees. The second site of high technology technopark will soon open in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Head of RT Government Ildar Khalikov told about the system “Electronic documents circulation”.
Natalia Komarova also learnt about transfer to rendering state services in electronic format.
Deputy minister of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller presented the system of control and coordination of emergency services “GLONASS+112”. The system has been operating in Tatarstan since 2009 ensuring monitoring of workforce and means and automated processing of calls within the limits of unified interdepartmental information environment.
The delegation of Khanty-Mansi autonomous area also visited children’s cultural center “Ekiyat”.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
