As many as 1,852,100 square meters of housing, which makes 77.1 per cent of the plan for the current year, commissioned in Tatarstan

On October 27, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of October 26, 2018, as many as 1,852,100 square meters of housing, which makes 77.1 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

He also continued that since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 1,187 inspections and issued 371 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 14,385,000 roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 131 houses for 5,182 apartments with the area of 287,010 square meters under the social mortgage programme.

He also reported that under the programme of rental housing, it was planned to commission 182 houses for 545 apartments with the total area of 28,700 square meters. As many as 63 houses with the total area of 6,800 square meters have been commissioned in five regions of the republic.

The work at 119 facilities in nine regions of the republic is underway.

As many as 120 houses are planned to be built under the multi-apartment houses investment programme, 87 of them have been commissioned.

As many as 7,060 of 8,370 planned houses of low-rise construction, which makes 84.3 per cent of the plan, have been commissioned.

Faizullin also reported on the implementation of capital repair programme of rural clubs. As of October 26, 2018, the work at 22 facilities has been completed.

Major repairs at 27 facilities of the State Veterinary Service and 19 facilities of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the republic have been completed.

The implementation of construction programme of 10 buildings of Settlement Councils (Executive Committees), 9 medical and obstretic centres and 11 outpatient centres has been completed.

As of October 26, the construction of universal sports grounds and six block-modular skiing centres has been completed.
