Rustam Minnikhanov holds meeting on objects of construction in the center of Kazan

Issues of construction of objects in the historical center of Kazan have been discussed at a meeting at the RT Government House held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin, Aide to RT President Olesya Baltusova, representatives of the expert architecture community attended the meeting.
According to the Chief architect of Kazan Tatiana Prokofieva, project works have continued at 25 projects out of 121 by which works were stopped last year. Besides, the expert commission is considering 27 new projects.
Participants of the today’s meeting have considered construction projects of 12 buildings in the historical center of the city.
Aide to RT President Olesya Baltusova paid attention to the need for providing enough parking places in new buildings.
In general, attendees of the meeting approved the presented objects having agreed that they will not cause any damage to the city image. However, recommendations on making changes in some projects were suggested.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
