Bipartite meeting between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place in the Kazan Kremlin

A working visit to the Tatarstan by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Bermukhamedov will give an impulse to the further progressing relations between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Turkmenistan.

This has been stated today by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov during his bipartite meeting with President of Turkmenistan Gubanguly Bermukhamedov. The meeting was held in a chimney hall of Kazan Kremlin.

President of Tatarstan expressed words of thanks to Gurbanguly Bermukhamedov for a warm reception rendered to him personally and the members of the RT delegation during the visit in April 2012, while holding Days of Tatarstan culture in Turkmenistan (Ashgabat, April 25 – 28 2012). He also addressed words of thanks to the leadership of Turkmenistan for visiting unforgettable national festive Day of racer horse.

Your visit to Kazan will give a new impulse to further progressing of our relations, Rustam Minnikhanov said, addressing Gurbanguly Bermukhamedov, we value your attitude to people of Tatarstan.
Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that peoples of Tatarstan and Turkmenistan are united by much – this is language, culture, traditions. Our peoples are close by spirit, he said.

In his turn President of Turkmenistan also thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for invitation to visit Tatartsan in the light of his stay in Russia.

Further, President of Turkmenistan mentioned that in sphere of economic relations serious partner contacts have been fixed with such RT industrial enterprises like JSC KAMAZ, JSC Tatneft, JSC Kazan helicopters and others. He thanked for cooperation in oil-gas sector for possibility of using modern high tech in the sphere of oil yield of layers He thanked Rustam Minnikhanov for contribution in developing mutually beneficial relations between Turkmenistan and Republic of Tatartsan and wished all good to people of Tatartsan.
