Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in public presentation of scientific and expert work “National idea of Russia”

President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in public presentation of the scientific and expert work “National idea of Russia”. Presentation was held in Moscow in press center of the “Rossiiskaya gazeta”.
The authors team of 6th-volume scientific research formulated national idea in one sentence “My country must exist, must always exist”. Main idea of the research is ensuring vitality of the country. Authors focus on all aspects of life.
First two volumes are dedicated to the place of Russia in history, specific values of the country, the third and fourth volumes focus on threats, in the fifth and sixth volumes authors suggest their own plan of actions including adoption of state ideology and new constitution.
The expert work “National idea of Russia” was presented by one of the authors - President of OAO “Russian railways” Vladimir Yakunin. The project was prepared by 54 authors and was published under the editorship of Director of the Center of problem analysis and state management planning Stepan Sulakshin.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
