Tatarstan’s consolidated budget income makes 96,6 bln roubles and budget expenses – 94,5 bln roubles in the first half of 2012

In the first half of 2012 Tatarstan’s consolidated budget income made 96,6 bln roubles, including federal funds (21,4 bln roubles), tax and non-tax income (75,2 bln roubles). Such information has been presented by the RT Minister of finance Radik Gaizatullin at a republican meeting of financial, tax and treasury agencies.
The meeting was held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House in format of video conference with all municipal regions.
The Minister of finance informed that tax and non-tax income in local budgets accounted for 15,1 bln roubles (50 % of the annual plan).
34 thousand organizations in republic pay income tax. 954 of them make 90% of the income tax.
By results of 6 months, the personal income tax in the consolidated budget made 20,1 bln roubles; excise taxes – 6,4 bln roubles; land tax – 2,8 bln roubles.
For the first half of 2012, non-tax income accounted for 5,1 bln roubles (57% of the annual plan); payments for negative impact on the environment – 272 mln roubles (49 % of the annual plan).
Expenses of the consolidated budget made 94,5 bln roubles.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
