Tatarstan Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities: As many as 1,5 million square meters of housing, which makes 61 per cent of the plan for the current year, commissioned in Tatarstan

On July 27, speaking at the Government House of Tatarstan at a regional video-conference held by First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Regional Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that as many as 1,5 million square meters of housing, which makes 61 per cent of the plan for the current year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

He also said that since the beginning of the current year, the State Construction Inspectorate of the republic has carried out 787 inspections and issued 216 decisions on imposing fines for the sum of 8m 131 thousand roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Self-regulatory organizations have carried out inspections at 705 member organizations.

Faizullin continued that as many as 165 houses for 7,838 apartments with the total area of 438,300 square meters are planned to be commissioned under the investment programme of Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic.

As of July 26, the Fund has reported to the statistics agencies on 73 houses for 2,553 apartments with the total area of 147,800 square meters under the investment programme. 

It is planned to accommodate 441 families within the allocated budget in 2019. The programme envisages the improvement of the living conditions for 309 orphans and children left without parental care.

It is also planned to accommodate 33 large families with 5 or more children. To date, certificates have been issued to all families.

The work on providing housing for 54 young families is underway.

Faizullin reported on the implementation of multi-apartment houses investment programme and said that 30 of 59 houses, which are planned to be built, are in a high degree of readiness.

As many as 5,336 of 7,325 planned houses have been commissioned under individual housing construction.

It is planned to adapt 12 facilities of educational institutions under the Accessible Environment programme.
