Letter of gratitude presented to President of OAO LUKOIL for restoration of the church in Sviyazhsk

Tatarstan’s State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev presented the Book of benefactors and the letter of gratitude of the Republican Foundation for historical and cultural monuments revival to President of OAO LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov at a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of III contest of social and cultural projects of OAO Ritek and LUKOIL charity fund.
LUKOIL company invested in restoration of the Church of Constantine and Helena in Sviyazhsk. The oil company transferred 45 mln roubles. it is the most significant charity project of LUKOIL in Tatarstan in 2012 that was successfully realised by OAO Ritek.
Mintimer Shaimiev said that participation in such missions changes people.
The name of Vagit Alekperov was put down in the Book of benefactors of the Republican Foundation for historical and cultural monuments revival.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
