Rustam Minnikhanov awards winners of the Best State Officials of the Republic of Tatarstan 2019

On December 7, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the awarding ceremony of the regional contest “The Best State Officials of the Republic of Tatarstan”, which was held by the Department for Public Service and Personnel of Tatarstan President.

As many as 12 state officials received winner diplomas.

Minnikhanov noted that each public servant contributes to the further development of the republic. In his opinion, the events held in the republic, including the contest for the title of the best public official, have a positive effect on team-building and motivation of employees.

The regional contest is held for the sixth time. Annually, more than 50 civil servants take part in the event. During this time, 58 of civil servants have deserved the honorary title of the best in their profession.

According to the approved methodology, the contest is held in two stages in six categories. Based on the results, 12 winners are determined.

In 2019, 50 employees from 28 government agencies of the republic were nominated for participation in the regional contest. The average age of the contest participants is 34 years, where the youngest is 24 years old and the most experienced one is 60.

Winners of the contest are awarded with diplomas and a monetary prize of 50 thousand roubles.
