Agreement for social partnership signed by RT Cabinet, RT Federation of labour unions and Coordination council of RT employers' association

Agreement for realisation of the social and economic policy and development of social partnership in 2013 – 2014 was signed by the RT Federation of labour unions, Coordination council of the RT employers' association and the RT Cabinet at the Tatarstan Government House.
Employees of the Tatarstan Government, chiefs of ministries and agencies, territorial structures of the federal executive authorities in RT, Chairman of the RT Federation of labour unions and chiefs of sectoral committees of labour unions, members of the regional employers' association “The Association of enterprises and entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan”, chief executives of the Tatarstan enterprises and organisations, media representatives were invited to the signing procedure.
The Agreement determines agreed positions of the parties according to main principles aimed at regulating social, labour and economic relations, and joint actions for implementing them.
The document was signed by the Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of the RT Federation of labour unions Tatyana Vodopyanova and Chairman of Coordination council of the RT employers' association Aleksandr Lavrentiev.
Head of the Tatarstan Government said that such cooperation would enable solving serious social and economic problems.
“We have conducted a social dialogue and built the system of social partnership. Working within the confines of trilateral agreement in republic we will have sectoral, territorial and collective agreements,” Chairman of the RT Federation of labour unions Tatyana Vodopyanova said. She emphasized that the main task was improvement of the quality of life which meant salaries, employment, labour and social protection.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
