Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of small energy signed by the RT Cabinet, the RF State Duma Committee for energy and Russian union of builders

Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of small energy sector has been signed by the RT Cabinet, RF State Duma Committee for energy and All-Russia inter-sectoral association of employers “Russian union of builders”.
The signing ceremony was held at the RT Government House. The document was signed by the Tatarstan PM Ildar Khalikov, Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee for energy Ivan Grachev and Vice-president of All-Russia intersectoral association of employers “Russian union of builders” Liliya Rakitina.
Ildar Khalikov said that the subject of agreement was very important for republic. Such industries as oil production, petrochemistry, mechanical engineering, and energy sector have always been developing in Tatarstan. “Energy sector has a serious potential,” the PM said.
Ivan Grachev considers signing of the agreement with Tatarstan to be the right choice. “You have done a lot in energy sector. Cooperation with Tatarstan is reasonable and necessary,” he said.
Vice-president of All-Russia inter-sectoral association of employers “Russian union of builders” Liliya Rakitina suggested establishing a working group for more efficient cooperation. She informed as well that such agreements had been signed with Voronezh, Lipetsk, Kaluga regions, and were to be signed with the Republic of Sakha, Khabarovsk region and Tyumen. It is expected that the activity under these agreements will help realizing pilot regional projects in the sphere of small distributed energy and advance certain initiatives that will eliminate shortcomings of the legislative framework in energy industry.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
