Rustam Minnikhanov presents keys from new flats to Sviyazhsk dwellers

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has visited Zelenodolsk municipal region. Solemn housing of three new houses took place on the island town of Sviyazhsk. Thus, relocation of citizens from unfit housing stock has completely finished in Sviyazhsk. All in all, 88 families have improved living conditions in Sviyazhsk since 2010.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counselor and Chairman of the Board of guardians of “Renaissance” fund Mintimer Shaimiev participated in presentation of keys from new flats.
The Tatarstan President mentioned in his speech that a girl from Zelenodolsk Dina Garipova, became the winner in TV project “Golos”. “It is a great success, we have a lot of talented people,” he said.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked everyone who participated in realization of the program aimed at housing construction in Sviyazhsk, in particular, “Renaissance” fund, RT State Housing Fund, administration of Zelenodolsk region and leadership of municipal settlement.
State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev congratulated Sviyazhsk dwellers on New Year and new homes.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
