Rustam Minnikhanov opens the biggest rural culture center in Tatarstan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov opened the biggest culture center built under the republican program for construction of village clubs in 2012 in Nizhnie Vyazovye settlement (Zelenodolsk region).
The RT President visited an outpatient clinic, the branch of Zelenodolsk central regional hospital. Due to republican funding the building with the area of 1200 m² was repaired and supplied with new equipment. There are policlinic and a day patient department, dental and therapeutic rooms, obstetrics and gynecology room, and functional diagnostics room. Services are rendered to about 10 thousand people.
The building requires facing and heat insulation, thus the RT President gave assignment to prepare the project and estimation of necessary works. Local citizens addressed Rustam Minnikhanov with request to organize a bus route from neighboring villages. The President charged local administration with settling the problem.
The RT President also visited the department for producing acrylic baths OOO “Plastpolikom”, the only operating plant producing acrylic sheets in Russia.
Finally, President of Tatarstan participated in opening of a new culture center. It was a final object built under the republican program aimed at construction of village clubs in 2012. A library and rooms for holding lessons of different creative teams are located in the center.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said that children participating in “Sozvezdie” (“Constellation”) festival would be first guests performing on new stage.
“There are a lot of talented people in republic. Dina Garipova and Elmira Kalimullina proved this fact,” the RT President said and welcomed Dina, who was present at the ceremony. “Our republic enjoys great potential. “Sozvezdie” festival brings real results and reveals new talents,” he said.
“Nizhnie Vyazovye is not the best settlement in terms of social and cultural objects. Though all republican programs are realized here, there are a lot of things to do,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
The RT President supposes that the settlement enjoys big prospects in connection with construction of multimodal logistics center.
Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated guests on opening the new culture center and presented certificate for 150 thousand roubles for purchasing equipment to the center’s director.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
