Tatarstan’s PM Ildar Khalikov has introduced new Chief Executive Officer of OAO “VAMIN”, – Marat Muratov who has held the post of First Deputy Chief of the RT President’s Staff since August 2012.

Muratov Marat Yasharovich was born on 6.07.1965 in Kirovo-Chepetsk town, the Kirov region. In 1993 he graduated from the Department of journalism of V. I. Ulyanov-Lenin Kazan state university.

Muratov Marat Yasharovich was awarded with medals “In memory of 1000th anniversary of Kazan”, “For merits in holding All-Russia agricultural census”, medal of the Republic of Tatarstan “For valorous work”, medal of the “Order of merits for the Motherland” of the 2nd class, and Letter of gratitude of the RT President.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
