Delegation of the Volgograd region led by the Governor Sergei Bozhenov arrived in Kazan. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met members of the delegation at the international airport “Kazan”.
New terminal 1A was presented to the guests upon arrival. On January 16, members of the delegation will visit technopolis “Himgrad” and ZAO “Danaflex-Nano”. The Aquatics Palace and football stadium under construction will be shown to Sergei Bozhenov.
Moreover, the delegation will visit Agro-industrial park and Universiade Village. A number of innovative projects will be presented to the guests in IT-park.
In addition, a meeting between the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of the Volgograd region Sergei Bozhenov is on the agenda.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
