President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov highly estimates activity of RT Constitutional Court

A meeting between President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the RT Constitutional Court V.N.Demidov was held today. Issues connected with the state of constitutional legality in RT were discussed at the meeting.
V.N.Demidov reported on results of work of the RT Constitutional Court the year before, final adopted resolutions and implemented events.
The President supported measures taken by the Constitutional Court on scientific maintenance of its activity, including sessions of the Scientific-consulting board, and publication of a unique book of research papers dedicated to constitutional jurisdiction in Russia. He approved interaction of the court with state power bodies, scientific and educational institutions, and noted increase of citizens’ appeals to the Constitutional court.
The RT President positively estimated activity of the RT Constitutional Court.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
