Congratulation of Tatarstan’s PM Ildar Khalikov on the Day of science

Dear scientists, research workers, teachers, post-graduate students, workers of scientific field of the Republic of Tatarstan! I sincerely congratulate you on such a wonderful holiday - the Day of science!

For many years the Republic of Tatarstan has been the recognized scientific and educational center. Outstanding Kazan scientists of chemical, mathematics, physics and medical schools, researches in the sphere of humanities are recognized by the international community. Our science is marked by names of many outstanding researchers, such as Zavoisky, Butlerov, Zinin, who made Russia internationally recognized country. We are proud of scientific works of our fellow citizens, their achievements and discoveries!

Currently, academic, sectoral and university sciences exist in harmony in republic. Big scientific potential is one of the key competitive advantages of the Tatarstan economy, a powerful resource of economic reforms, the basis of high-tech industries, and an essential part of national heritage.

Due to scientists’ activity, the share of high-tech production in Tatarstan’s industrial manufacture is steadily increasing. New advanced technologies are being adopted in medical services, construction, transport, and financial services.

It is pleasant to see that Tatarstan’s youth keeps traditions of our famous ancestors. It gives confidence that Tatarstan scientists will continue making considerable contribution to development of native traditions of scientific schools, and conducting major fundamental and applied researches. We believe in talent and inquisitive mind of young generation striving for realization of their ideas. Let luck accompany you!
