At the meeting at the Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Irek Faizullin gave assignment to municipalities included in the program “Village clubs” and the customer “Chief investment construction department” to start construction works by March, 1. The meeting was chaired by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
