Rustam Minnikhanov supports the idea of establishing biopharmaceutical technopark at Kazan Federal University

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in field session of the Kazan Federal University Board. Before the session Rustam Minnikhanov had visited research and educational centre of the Institute of fundamental medicine and biology and the Institute of philology and arts.
Director of the Institute of fundamental medicine Andrey Kiyasov told about the development strategy of biomedicine and pharmaceutics. He said that one of stages to develop this area is establishment of translational medicine centre in order to apply achievements of fundamental science practically. According to Andrey Kiyasov, the centre infrastructure should include scientific and clinical departments, and vivarium.
Creation of biopharmaceutical technopark “Innosphere” with authorized capital of 384 mln roubles was discussed at the session.
New project of the Kazan Federal University is to be implemented in three stages. The first stage (2013-2015) implies commissioning of first building in, and attraction of main project participants. At the second stage (2014-2016) buildings of second and third stage will be constructed. At the last stage technopark is expected to be the third platform of Special economic zone “Innopolis”.
Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea of establishing such a centre.
On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
