Ildar Khalikov holds session of Guardian Council of Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held session of Guardian Council of non-profit organisation “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers.
Members of the Guardian Council considered the project “Regulations on the republican contest “Fifty best innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” and dates of holding the contest.
President of Tatarstan Academy of Sciences Akhmet Mazgarov made report on this issue. He told about changes and reminded that bids are received with a reference confirming that the presented project will be adopted at Tatarstan enterprises.
Director of non-profit organisation “Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ainur Aideldinov reported on several investment projects with participation of Tatarstan Investment and Venture Fund. In particular, he told about development and current state of affairs of the project “Rabbit breeding factory” that has been implemented since 2006.
Members of the Guardian Council also discussed summary plan of Tatarstan exhibition events for 2013, the project “Regulations on the contest “Best coverage of innovative activity and venture business in the Republic of Tatarstan”.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
