Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Vice-speaker of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Meral Aksener

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Vice-speaker of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Meral Aksener at Tatarstan Government House. The speaker of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov took part in the meeting.
Delegation of Turkish Parliament led by Vice-speaker Meral Aksener is visiting Kazan to participate in opening ceremony of the exhibition of traditional art of the national palace and museum “Dolmabahche”.
“It is a great privilege for us to receive Turkish delegation. Today our economic relations require development, cultural exchange, and cooperation in humanitarian sphere,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.
To the point, the concert of Choir of classical Turkish music under Turkish President will be held at Tatarstan House of people’s friendship in the evening.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
