Ildar Khalikov meets with delegation of International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea

Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov has met with delegation of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. The meeting took place at Tatarstan Government House.
Ildar Khalikov welcomed guests in Tatarstan capital and said he was sure in further development of relationships with the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.
Chairman of Turkish branch of the fund, deputy of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Ismail Safi delivered welcome speech.
Chairman of the Commission for innovations and investments of the International Fund for Cooperation and Partnership of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea, Director of the fund’s branch in Moscow Mikhail Zernov briefly told about work of the commission and prospects of cooperation with regions.
The parties discussed issues of further mutually beneficial cooperation. Representatives of ECOS and Yeditepe Construction companies participated in the event.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
