Yunus-Bek Evkurov: “Tatarstan experience is interesting for Ingushetia”

At a meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov said: “Leadership of Ingush Republic is interested in studying Tatarstan experience in IT industry, support of small and medium-size business, and agriculture.”
To the point, delegation of Ingush Republic is on a working trip in Kazan. On April 2 guests visited IT park and met with Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev.
Today members of the delegation were told about residents of Special Economic Zone “Alabuga”. In the afternoon Yunus-Bek Evkurov will visit OJSC “KAMAZ” and Kama Industrial Park “Master”.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Yunus-Bek Evkurov for visiting Tatarstan. He told about social and economic development of Tatarstan noting positive demographic changes. However, Tatarstan President mentioned that the volume of interregional trade turnover was rather low.
Head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov thanked for warm reception and organisation of informative and interesting programme.
Yunus-Bek Evkurov invited Rustam Minnikhanov to Ingushetia.
President of Tatarstan and Head of Ingushetia signed agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, social and cultural cooperation. They also agreed on establishing a working group for performance of the agreement.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
