Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Head of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Natural Resource Use Vladimir Kirillov

On April 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Head of Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Natural Resource Use Vladimir Kirillov at Tatarstan Government House.
Vladimir Kirillov arrived in Kazan to hold an extended meeting concerning organisation of complex waste treatment system in Tatarstan.
Vladimir Kirillov and Rustam Minnikhanov discussed current situation in the sphere of production and consumer waste treatment, and some ecological aspects in the sphere of waste management.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Natural Resource Use for attention to regional problems. He noted that republican leadership puts much emphasis on waste treatment issues on the threshold of Universiade in Kazan.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
On 3 January on the errand from the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety of the republic , held an urgent meeting of the Commission which discussed readiness of forces and means to ensure security during the New Year and Christmas holidays.
