On March 31, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and FINA's President Julio Maglione and FINA's Executive Director Cornel Marculescu discussed the development of water sports and outlined steps for further cooperation.

On March 31, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnkhanov and members of the delegation of the Altai Territory led by Minister of Economic Development of the region Nikolay Chinyakov exchanged opinions regarding further development of interregional cooperation. In particular, they discussed interaction in the sphere of economy, agriculture, pharmaceuticals industry, sports and tourism. 

On March 31, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov had a meeting with General Manager of Gemont Company (Turkey) Muhittin Aktas.
