On April 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov delivered his welcoming speech at the business-forum “Tatarstan-UAE: trade and investment cooperation” during the 7th Annual Investment Meeting 2017 in Dubai. 

On April 2, during his working visit to the UAE, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with President of the Annual Investment Meeting in Dubai, CEO of Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions Dawood Al Shezawi.

On April 2, during the 7th Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2017, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates Sultan ben Saeed Al Mansoori and senior managers of the Dubai Centre for Islamic Banking and Finance. 

On March 2, during his working visit to Dubai (the UAE), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the 7th Annual Investment Meeting (AIM) 2017, had a meeting with Emir of Dubai, Prime Minister and Vice President of the United Arab Emirates Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and delivered a speech at the Global Leaders Debate plenary session during the forum.
