Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in roundtable session of G20 countries “Efficient regulation and promotion of investments into energy infrastructure”

On June 3 the roundtable session in G20 оutreach format “Efficient regulation and promotion of investments into energy infrastructure” was held at Kazan City Hall.
Head of Federal Tariff Service Sergei Novikov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, representatives of G20 countries and energy associations participated in the event.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov wished participants of the roundtable session to enjoy their stay in the republic and useful work during the event. He added that G20 plays an important role in economic stabilization and gained the reputation of a leading organisation under conditions of economic uncertainty.
Rustam Minnikhanov believes that the joint activity will enable developing efficient regulatory actions for stable development of energy sector globally. He added that energy saving is one of priority issues for Tatarstan.
Efficient principles of regulation and promotion of investments into energy infrastructure will be discussed during the session. This work in carried out within the framework of one of eight priority themes of Russia’s chairmanship in G20 – “Stable development of global energy markets”.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
