RT Prime Minister observed capital repair in Chistopolsky municipal district

Today Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov is in business trip in Chistopolsky, Novosheshminisky, Aksubaevsky municipal districts.
In Chistopol Head of RT Government saw houses where capital repair is being done. On the whole in current year it’s planned to repair 51 houses for the sum of 91 million RUR. Basically it’s 2-3-5-storied houses and one 9-storied house.

Answering journalists’ questions, Rustam Minnikhanov expressed his confidence that capital repair in Tatarstan in 2008 is being finished without any problems. He is sure that the main problems with capital repair are being solved. Roof and engineer networks will be ready in time. Unfortunately the list of works according to 185th federal law doesn’t include changing of windows, heat insulation. That’s why one has to find forms and finish these works.

Head o Government noted a good rate and quality of repair in Chistopol. “At first we criticized this city, but now we’ve seen repairing houses and are satisfied. In particular, 2-storied houses are done well, the roof and facades.”, - Rustam Minnikhanov considers.

“We’ll continue capital repair, - Head of RT Government assured. We have to form applications for 2009 till September and we’ll try to keep conscious builders for next year. Moreover, we’ll offer them to issue loans in banks so that they could start working. It’s necessary to keep workers, because it’s difficult to find conscious builders today.

Also Rustam Minnikhanov underlined insufficient participation of dwellers in capital repair. “People don’t understand what possibility do we offer, - he said honestly. The cost of a house rises considerably after capital repair, so why don’t they once spend their money to buy new windows, to do other works, which are not included in the projects? In some houses dwellers participate actively in capital repair, but on the whole, cooperation with dwellers is organized badly.”
