Vice-Premier of the Russian Government visits kindergarten and hospitals in Kazan

On June 18 during her visit to Kazan Vice Premier of the Russian Government Olga Golodets accompanied by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited City clinical hospital No.7, Republican oncologic dispensary and kindergarten No.44.
After visiting kindergarten No. 44, Olga Golodets appreciated conditions provided for children.
Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov said that there are 1950 nursery schools in Tatarstan at the moment. In 2011 more than 13 thousand new places were provided in kindergartens in Tatarstan under the Republican programme “Belekech” with the budget funding of 3,2 bln rubles. There are also 28 private kindergartens in Tatarstan.
Engel Fattakhov said that 30 thousand new places are to be provided in kindergartens by the end of 2015 using Tatarstan and Russian budget funds.
Olga Golodets, in her turn, said that in case of efficient implementation of the programme regions can receive all funds in advance.
While visiting City hospital No. 7, state-of-the art emergency medical center was presented to Vice-Premier of the Russian Government.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov noted that developing air medical service is necessary for transportation of patients from faraway places.
Tatarstan Minister of Health Airat Farrakhov told Olga Golodets about health care system in Tatarstan Republic and development of public-private partnership in the industry.
Later on the same day Vice-Premier of the Russian Government went to see Nuclear medicine center in the Republican clinical oncologic dispensary, where new opportunities for diagnostics and treatment of oncologic and other diseases using radionuclide materials were demonstrated to Olga Gorodets.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
