The work on including the information on boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in Unified State Register of Real Estate is underway in Tatarstan
On April 9, speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipal regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relations Fanil Agliullin reported on the progress of work on including the information on boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
Agliullin said that today the Unified State Register of Real Estate contains data on the boundaries of 1164 out of 3119 settlements that are part of 324 municipalities. Various contractors are working on master plans for 251 settlements, the implementation of which will ensure the cadastral registration of the boundaries of 873 settlements.
He also briefed on the issues of registration of real estate rights.
Currently, according to data of the Federal Tax Service, over 750,000 real estate properties do not have registration of rights in the Register.
