On May 5, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister, Chairman of the board of Tatspirtprom Distillery Aleksey Pesoshin held a regular board meeting of the company.
Director General of Tatspirtprom Distillery Ruslan Maksudov, Deputies Director General for operations Nikita Mingalev, for economics and finance Andrey Feoktistov, for commercial issues Yury Karyakin and for technical issues Farit Shagiakhmetov.
The key issues on the agenda were the approval of the annual and financial report of the Tatspirtprom for 2021, the nomination of candidates to the Board of Directors, to the Audit Commission for 2022 – 2023 and the energy saving programme of the company and other issues of the operating activity of the enterprise were discussed.
In 2021 the enterprise increased the efficiency of main activity and produced 9 million 360 thousand decalitres- alcohol products, which is 532,000 decalitres or 6 percent compared to 2020. Sales margin was 24.9 per cent and increased by 1.7 percentage points to 2020 level.
Return on sales amounted to 24.9 per cent and increased by 1.7 percentage points compared to 2020.
During the reported year, the share of the company's equity increased from 41 per cent to 44 per cent.
In 2021, taxes and fees amounting to 3 billion 743 million roubles were transferred to the consolidated budget of Tatarstan, which is 786 million roubles more than in 2020. In 2021, the excise duty on beer amounted to 2 billion 929 million roubles, which is 21 per cent higher than the level of 2020.
