On 14 July Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in the 33rd session of the Tatarstan State Council held by the Chairman of the Council Farid Mukhametshin.
The Session considered 19 issues including three regional and six federal draft laws and two references from the legislative bodies of Russian entities.
Speaking at the session, regional Minister of Finance Radik Gayzatullin reported about amendments to the regional law on budget 2022 and the planned period of 2023 and 2024. After the Chairman of the Committee of budget, taxes and finances Leonid Yakunin said that proposed amendments “are well justified by the changes introduces also in the federal and regional legislations”, the Council approved the draft law in the first reading.
The Council also approved in the first reading the draft law about amendments into the budget of the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund proposed by the Director of the Fund Alsu Muftakhova. As a result of the amendments the revenues of the Fund will amount to 64bn600m roubles and expenses – 65bn747m roubles in 2022. The resulting deficit will be covered by the remaining Fund account balance of 1bn147m roubles, she reported.
Addressing members of the Council, the Head of Alkeyevsk region Aleksandr Nikoshin said that resident of the Sikterme-Khuzangayevo settlement of the region are asking to return the historical name Sekterme (the cradle) to the village. “Taking into consideration requests of the village residents and their interests in returning the historical name, which was wide known in the past, I would like to ask you to support this proposal”, Nikoshin said. After having discussed the issue members of the Council approved the project of remaining the settlement.
